In landlord and tenant law we advise and represent you in a qualified and goal-oriented manner, inter alia

• when concluding rental agreements for private and commercial purposes,
• in rent increase proceedings,
• in termination proceedings, such as termination without notice or termination for personal use,
• in the case of rent reductions or actions to remedy defects,
• in the event of eviction proceedings or other problems in the tenancy.

We are active in both residential and commercial tenancy law. If a legal dispute is unavoidable, we will also represent you in court in all areas of tenancy law. We also advise and represent condominium owners and property managers in the area of condominium law. Our work here includes, in particular, reviewing the validity of resolutions passed at the owners' meeting and, if necessary, challenging them or enforcing their implementation. We also represent our clients in court, particularly in disputes within the community of condominium owners.
