In the dynamic environment described above, the manageability and stability of one's own organization are becoming increasingly important. On the one hand, challenges arise from the increasing need to establish locations abroad. Even more important, however, is the need to develop structures that provide the necessary long-term orientation on the way to achieving the goals we have set ourselves. This applies to the organization of the current shareholder structure as well as to questions of company succession or decisions on strategic company (sales) acquisitions. We advise family companies in particular on the development of suitable articles of association, on shareholder disputes, but also on planning company succession as early as possible.
