Clarity and stability of the own organisation get more and more important. Challenges arise from the need to build affiliates abroad. More important is the need to find corporate structures that support the achievement of the targets set for the future. This is true for the organisation of the actual shareholder structure, the corporate succession or decisions on strategic M & A transactions. We consult especially family-owned companys in developing adequate articles of associations, in case of disputes among shareholders as well as in the – if possible early - design of succession planning.
